We are very happy to now offer a consultation via video stream. Please note that the documentation, the software and the consent forms are German language only. Currently no English version is available.

How does a consult via video stream work?

You need to fill out and sign a consent form at our practice
For the appointment you will either receive a code via email or we will provide you with a login code for our provider RED Medical. Please follow this link for further information.
Once you are logged in, you will be automatically transferred to a waiting area. Once your appointment starts, you will be automatically connected with our physician.

What are the technical requirements?

A computer or laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit only, 32-bit versions are not supported) or Mac OS X, version 10.14 or newer
A compatible browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari.
a webcam (most laptops have a build-in camera)

a tablet or smartphone with current version of Android or iOS
